Description 7.3L Powerstroke Stage 1 Rebuild Kit The 7.3L Powerstroke Stage 1 rebuild kit is engineered for 1994–2003 Ford Power Stroke diesel engines requiring reliable performance improvements for daily driving, heavy towing, and work applications. This overhaul kit delivers 40 horsepower and 70 ft-lbs of torque over stock, enhances turbo responsiveness, and helps reduce exhaust gas temperatures — making it ideal for mild turbo upgrades and injector sizes up to 230cc. This camshaft installs as a drop-in replacement and does not require piston fly-cuts. Note: This camshaft does not include a mechanical fuel pump eccentric lobe. OBS (1994–1997) applications require an electric fuel pump such as AirDog or FASS. Piston Ordering & Compatibility Cylinder bores must be measured at a machine shop prior to ordering to ensure proper fitment. Changes to piston size after processing may incur restocking and shipping fees. Pistons with ceramic coatings or that have been machined are non-exchangeable.
