Key Features of the 6.4L Powerstroke Stage 3 Rebuild Kit | Ultimate Engine Overhaul O-Ringed Cylinder HeadsThis kit includes a new, fully assembled pair of O-ringed cylinder heads. These heads handle high cylinder pressure and improve sealing under boost. Performance PistonsThe kit includes eight (8) fly-cut, de-lipped pistons. They feature steel top ring grooves, Teflon-coated skirts, and plasma-coated steel rings. In addition, multiple bore sizes are available, including STD, .010, .020, .030, and .040. Bearings & LiftersClevite rod, main, and cam bearings provide reliable support under heavy load. The kit also includes sixteen (16) heavy-duty lifters and cam bearings. Stage 3 CamshaftThe Stage 3 custom-grind camshaft uses Smooth Lobe Ramp Technology. As a result, it improves valvetrain durability and longevity. A lifetime warranty is included. Valvetrain ComponentsThe valvetrain includes 100 lb high-rev valve springs, already installed. Billet .050-inch shorter 6.4L pushrods complete the setup.
