It is also excellent for pregnant females and lactating females. Fed in lesser amounts or mixed with either of the other 2 tripe formulas can be very helpful in maintaining muscle tone and joint health in older dogs without being too rich. This formula can also be a good food for dogs with cancer, depending upon age and diet (sometimes in combination with Green Tripe w/ Trachea & Gullet formula).
